Position Senior Appian Developer - AI & Intelligent Automation

Experience

5-10 years of Appian development experience

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer with strong expertise in Appian application development and enterprise workflow automation, combined with hands-on experience in Appian AI capabilities, intelligent document processing, and AI-driven business process automation. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable low-code solutions that leverage AI to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using the Appian platform.
• Lead solution design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable Appian solutions.
• Build complex process models, SAIL interfaces, business rules, records, integrations, and reports.
• Knowledge of Appian AI skill is must
• Design AI-enabled workflows for document extraction, email processing, contract analysis, and business process automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce Appian best practices.
• Support production deployments, performance tuning, and application governance.
• Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable frameworks, and innovation initiatives.

• Appian Certified Senior Developer (Mandatory)
• Appian Certified Lead Developer (Preferred)

Education
