Role Overview
Responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s Managed File Transfer (MFT) and file-based integrations , ensuring critical business files are transferred securely, reliably, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support GoAnywhere MFT across different environments.
• Manage MFT workflows, schedules, users, connections, certificates, and file-transfer processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot failed, delayed, missing, or incomplete file transfers.
• Support SFTP, FTPS, FTP, SMB, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure File Shares .
• Investigate end-to-end file-transfer issues and coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate file searches, transfers, archiving, validation, reporting, and other operational tasks.
• Support GoAnywhere upgrades, infrastructure migrations, and system enhancements .
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Prepare implementation plans, testing steps, verification procedures, and backout plans.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support runbooks.

Role Summary
A technical role responsible for MFT administration, secure file transfers, integration support, automation, troubleshooting, and production operations , ensuring critical business files are transferred securely and processed within required timeframes.
