As part of an international project team, you will contribute to the support and continuous improvement of business-critical applications for a major European company operating in the transportation and travel sector.

What you will be doing:

• Provide L3 support for business-critical applications
• Manage incidents, releases, changes, and application testing activities
• Take ownership of a core application or business platform
• Drive platform improvements, integrations, and enhancement initiatives
• Support and maintain enterprise environments, including Microsoft-based solutions and business applications
• Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and project teams
• Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge materials
• Share knowledge and provide support to internal teams and end users

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Fluent English communication skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Support, Application Engineering, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft enterprise environments
• Strong SQL knowledge, including query writing and troubleshooting
• Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, BizTalk, and PowerShell is an advantage
• Understanding of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies
• Familiarity with modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, Cloud Native, and Microservices architectures
• Experience working in multicultural and international environments
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
