[Senior] Application Engineer (m/f/d) - Advanced Electrolytic Plating

How You Will Make An Impact

• Provide technical expertise to support the development, implementation, and optimization of processes
• Design and conduct experiments in the laboratory / TechCenter to drive process improvements and identify new business opportunities
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related challenges onsite at customer locations
• Collaborate closely with global sales and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product deployment
• Prepare and deliver technical reports, presentations, and application documentation

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Surface Technology, or a related field
• Candidates should possess relevant professional experience in the electronics industry, specifically in the field of printed circuit boards (PCB)
• Experience or strong interest in electrochemical metal deposition
• Practical exposure to process development, troubleshooting, or industrial/manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• A self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%) and work in a global environment
