Based in Poland, you'll work across architecture, development, and delivery to create scalable, high-quality systems that drive real business impact.

You'll thrive in this position if you're a collaborative problem-solver with a strategic mindset, a passion for technology, and the ability to mentor others in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions across new and existing applications, systems architecture, and infrastructure to meet complex business needs.
  • Analyse and review system requirements and business processes, translating them into robust, well-tested, and maintainable code.
  • Evaluate emerging technology and market trends to identify opportunities, inform technology decisions, and maintain competitive advantage for clients.
  • Collaborate across functions and geographies to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning architecture, database design, software development, and testing.
  • Mentor and challenge team members to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and adoption of industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including design, development, testing, and implementation of complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and modify software across multiple platforms, ensuring compatibility, performance, and security.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture, application infrastructure, and software development lifecycle.
  • Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or specialization in financial markets, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications across specialist technology disciplines.
  • Experience working with global teams or contributing to enterprise-scale systems in regulated industries.

This position will be located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment, at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change.
