Senior Application Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organization in the semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Application Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment) as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Department

THE ROLE

The Senior Application Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment) is responsible for:

• Develop and improve machine process settings to meet customer requirements.
• Set up, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment.
• Analyze test results and recommend solutions to improve performance and quality.
• Support customer machine evaluations, qualifications, and buyoff activities.
• Train team members on new processes, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in machine testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of DOE (Design of Experiments) and data analysis techniques.
• Good communication skills and willingness to travel internationally when required.
