Senior Application Security Manager

Work Location : Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore or Hyderabad

Seeking an experienced Product Security professional to support the secure development and deployment of Agentic AI and AI-powered solutions. The role will partner with product, engineering, cloud, and business teams to embed security throughout the development lifecycle and ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive security activities across the ADLC/SDLC for AI and enterprise applications.
• Conduct threat modeling, security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and design reviews.
• Lead and govern security testing activities including SAST, SCA, DAST, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
• Review cloud deployments and implement security best practices across Azure/AWS/GCP environments.
• Define and enforce secure implementation standards, security guardrails, and remediation requirements.
• Support security compliance initiatives including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related frameworks.

Required Qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience in Application Security, Product Security, or Cloud Security.
• Strong hands-on experience with: Threat Modeling , Secure SDLC/ADLC , SAST, SCA, DAST

Penetration Testing ,Security Architecture Reviews and Cloud Security.

• Good understanding of secure coding practices, OWASP, API security, IAM, and DevSecOps.
• Experience supporting compliance and audit requirements (SOC, ISO, NIST, etc.).
