Due to the office and project expanding we are now finding for Senior Application Solution Architect working in Hanoi office as the following scopes and requirements:

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Application Solution Architect to join our implementation Team, responsible for leading the technical delivery of projects, primarily in AML, Compliance and Financial Crime solutions. The role combines hands-on technical implementation, solution architecture and technical leadership, working closely with customers, Project Managers, Presales, Product teams and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Technical Lead and take overall accountability for the technical delivery of assigned projects.
• Define and break down technical activities, assign tasks to technical team members and oversee progress, issues, risks and dependencies.
• Lead technical activities throughout the project lifecycle, including environment assessment, installation, configuration, ETL/data integration, testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare.
• Develop technical checklists and implementation plans to ensure technical activities are delivered completely and on schedule.
• Provide Solution Architecture, infrastructure sizing and technical implementation approaches from Presales/Bidding through project delivery.
• Lead technical clarification and GAP analysis with customers and technology partners.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Support Presales, Product and Post-Go-Live Support teams when required.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, checklists and handover materials.

Job Qualifications (mandatory):

• 5+ years of experience in system implementation, technical consulting, software engineering or related technical roles.
• Experience working as a Senior Engineer / Technical Lead in enterprise implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Windows Server, SQL and relational databases (Oracle and/or MSSQL).
• Hands-on experience with ETL/data integration, system deployment and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of CI/CD-based deployment and release processes.
• Good understanding of application/web servers, middleware, messaging, networking, SSL/TLS and SSO/LDAP.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting, performance tuning and issue resolution in enterprise
• environments.
• Good command of English

Job qualification (added advantage):

• Experience with Kafka and/or IBM MQ.
• Experience with enterprise application runtimes such as Tomcat, WebSphere Liberty, WebLogic or equivalent.
• Experience with Ansible, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps or other deployment automation
• practices.
• Experience with ELK, OpenTelemetry or other observability/monitoring platforms.
• Experience with ETL platforms such as Talend, SSIS, Informatica or equivalent.
• Experience in AML, Compliance, Financial Crime or Banking solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise software products and/or technology vendors.
