We are looking for a Senior Application Support to join an international team!

Location: Lisbon

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

The candidate will join the Shared Data Ecosystem (SDE) team, supporting several applications related to Accounting, Risk, and regulatory reporting activities.

The role combines production monitoring, Level 2 application support, troubleshooting, and new feature implementation within an international environment.

Main Tasks:

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and technical issues.
• Monitor and pilot production activities.
• Provide Level 2 support to internal clients.
• Design, write, maintain, and correct Linux Shell scripts.
• Investigate issues and implement short-term workarounds and procedures.
• Participate in defining and implementing long-term fixes.
• Document incidents, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Manage and release developments into production.
• Work with change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Participate in on-call duties when required, including weekends and nights.
