Senior AppSupport Engineer(DevOps,Python,AI)

We are seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer who will support enterprise applications in production, resolve complex technical incidents, and drive improvements in platform stability and performance. This role requires strong technical ownership, application troubleshooting skills, and effective communication with clients and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production applications and cloud environments to identify performance, reliability, and availability issues
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize business impact
• Analyze and debug application code, implement technical fixes, and apply hotfixes to restore service stability
• Resolve advanced technical issues and escalate architectural defects with clear findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with implementation and development teams to understand application workflows, system architecture, and client business needs
• Use monitoring, logging, and observability tools to investigate system behavior and drive operational improvements
• Support cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, and CI/CD processes to maintain reliable operations and releases
• Provide technical guidance to support engineers, maintain troubleshooting documentation, and contribute to knowledge transfer
• Communicate incident status, resolution progress, and technical findings to client stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Python, including FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2, Pydantic, and pytest
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and managing database migrations using Alembic
• Experience developing, supporting, and troubleshooting Temporal workflows
• Hands-on experience with LiteLLM, including structured outputs, prompt configuration, and integration with multiple model providers
• Experience with AI evaluation workflows and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Experience with React and TypeScript, including Vite, Tailwind CSS, Zod, Vitest, and Playwright
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools, including GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and containerized environments, including GKE, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
• Upper-Intermediate English for effective communication within a cross-functional team
