Senior AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and address denial reasons by researching claim rejections, appealing denied claims, and following up on outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, customer service, and operations to resolve complex patient billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurers, and other stakeholders using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in US healthcare BPO or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of AR calling processes and denial management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity targets.
