Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
• Identify and address denials by researching root causes, appealing denied claims, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize revenue cycle management processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in AR calling, denial management, or related field (US Healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of denial coding (ICD-10) and ability to appeal denied claims.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/letter correspondence.
