About The Role We are looking for a Senior Architect – Adobe Experience Stack with extensive experience in Adobe Experience technologies, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) . The role focuses on designing end-to-end customer experience architectures, integrating marketing and data platforms, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will also bring expertise in Agentic AI, frontend architecture, customer journey analytics, and enterprise solution design .

Job Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and integration of Adobe solutions across content management, customer data, marketing workflows, journey orchestration, and analytics. The role requires defining data flows, schemas, identity resolution strategies, and governance models to enable real-time customer profiles, segmentation, and personalized experiences.

The position also involves guiding frontend architecture using modern frameworks, integrating AI-driven workflows into the Adobe ecosystem, and developing unified customer data strategies. The architect will collaborate with business, marketing, data, and engineering teams, lead solution design workshops, and establish architecture standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned with business KPIs.
• Architect and integrate Adobe solutions, including AEP, AEM, RT-CDP, Adobe Workfront, AJO, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Design data flows, schemas, identity resolution strategies, governance frameworks, and real-time customer segmentation.
• Guide frontend architecture using React, Next.js, HTML5, and JavaScript, ensuring performance and consistent user experiences.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows for campaign optimization, content personalization, and customer journey orchestration.
• Develop unified customer data models and enable cross-channel analytics and closed-loop measurement.
• Lead solution design workshops, executive presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor technical teams and establish architecture standards, governance practices, and implementation guidelines.

They should have strong enterprise architecture capabilities, experience integrating Adobe solutions, and the ability to lead technical teams while aligning digital experience strategies with business objectives.
