Senior Architect and 3D Visualizer (Unreal Engine Specialist)

• Develop and review architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals for real estate projects.

• Translate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and design concepts into accurate 3D environments.

• Review architectural models and ensure alignment with design intent and project requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, landscape designers, and other project stakeholders.

• Identify design and visualization issues and propose practical solutions.

• Ensure architectural accuracy and consistency across all visualization outputs.

• Create detailed 3D models, environments, buildings, interiors, exteriors, and landscapes for real estate projects.

• Develop high-quality architectural visualizations, renders, walkthroughs, and presentations.

• Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, vegetation, furniture, and environmental elements.

• Optimize 3D assets and scenes for high-quality real-time visualization.

• Produce photorealistic visuals that accurately represent the final development.

• Prepare architectural scenes and assets for interactive presentations and client demonstrations.

• Build and develop real estate environments and interactive architectural experiences using Unreal Engine.

• Import, organize, optimize, and manage 3D assets within Unreal Engine.

• Create realistic environments using lighting, materials, landscapes, vegetation, and environmental effects.

• Develop interactive walkthroughs, virtual tours, and real-time visualization experiences.

• Optimize Unreal Engine projects for performance, visual quality, and real-time rendering.

• Work with Blueprints to create basic interactions and functionality where required.

• Troubleshoot technical and visual issues within Unreal Engine projects.

• Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine features, workflows, and visualization technologies.

• Work closely with the Development, Architecture, Design, Marketing, and Technology teams.

• Translate business and design requirements into high-quality visual outputs.

• Prepare visualization materials for internal presentations, client meetings, sales activities, and marketing campaigns.

• Manage multiple visualization tasks and meet project deadlines.

• Maintain organized project files, models, assets, textures, and Unreal Engine environments.

• Ensure all final deliverables meet the company's quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within:

• Strong professional experience with Unreal Engine.
