Senior Architect – Architectural Design & Project Execution

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning and execution of residential, institutional and heritage-sensitive projects. The candidate should have strong technical expertise, architectural design skills and experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept design through site execution.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, design proposals and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants and contractors.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations and National Building Code standards.
• Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to approved architectural designs.
• Manage project timelines, design documentation and technical coordination.
• Guide junior architects and review architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and government authorities.
• Support statutory approvals and sustainable design practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Valid Council of Architecture (CoA) registration.
• Minimum 7 years of architectural design and project execution experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and visualization software.
• Experience in residential, institutional or heritage-sensitive projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, building codes and materials.
• Strong design, leadership, coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bodh Gaya, Bihar.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
