About the role
Architecture Haus is looking for an experienced architect ready to take greater ownership of residential and hospitality projects, lead a team, and work directly with expat clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through project delivery
- Take ownership of technical design, Revit model integrity, consultant coordination, and permit submissions
- Work directly with clients, contributing to pitches in English with the Design Director
- Collaborate closely with leadership and the entire team to shape the design direction and project outcomes
About you
- 6+ years of relevant architectural experience, with delivered projects you can walk through
- Licensed Architect in Thailand (ภาคีสถาปนิก)
- Strong design capability and technical understanding
- Experience in project coordination, construction detailing/materials, and team leadership
- Good English communication skills—comfortable presenting to Western clients
- Mid-level to Expert proficiency in Revit
