Position: Senior Architect

Experience: 4-5 Years

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of current regulations, development control rules, and approval processes of PMC, PMRDA, and PCMC authorities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding and practical application of Google Earth.
• Experience in preparing and evaluating land feasibilities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders for project approvals and execution.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to undertake regular site visits and monitor project progress.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, statutory approvals, and project coordination.
• Good understanding of local development control regulations and approval procedures.
• Experience in feasibility studies, due diligence.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
