Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural projects across various stages—from concept development to construction completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset, particularly in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept through to detailed design and project handover.
• Oversee coordination with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
• Conduct quality control reviews on design deliverables, material selections, and cost estimations to meet project standards and client expectations.
• Participate in site visits and coordination meetings to resolve construction-related issues and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office to develop and manage project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of responsibility, accuracy, and team collaboration.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the successful execution of hotel and resort projects, ensuring both design excellence and project feasibility.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture design or related fields.
• Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management, with proven experience in hotel, sports club, and healthcare projects.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage projects through all phases, including Concept Design, Construction Documentation, and Site Coordination.
• Solid understanding of material specification, design detailing, cost estimation, and construction processes.
• Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural and MEP engineers, and landscape architects.
• Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in hospitality projects, especially luxury hotels, resorts, health club and sport club is highly preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
