What they need
- Lead design development and technical detailing for interior fit-out projects from concept through construction.
- Manage and review design team output to ensure quality, accuracy, and design intent.
- Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate authority approvals and ensure compliance with UAE building regulations.
- Collaborate with project coordinators, joinery teams, and site teams to ensure design feasibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio in interior fit-out projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; UAE registration/license is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio across commercial, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
