OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join a collaborative and growing architectural studio. This is a great opportunity for an experienced architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects and leading them from early design through to completion. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing high-end multi-level residential and mixed-use projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating project teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Working closely with clients to understand requirements and provide regular project updates
  • Managing project programmes, budgets, scope and key deliverables
  • Overseeing design development, documentation and project delivery
  • Preparing and reviewing briefs, presentations, drawings, specifications, reports and project documentation
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively managing risks and issues
  • Supporting and mentoring team members and contributing to a positive studio culture

CRITERIA:

  • Proven WA experience delivering complex projects in a construction, property, or an architectural firm environment
  • 5-8 years experience post-graduation
  • Strong Revit skills are a plus but not essential
  • Ideally, you have exposure to apartments, multi-residential, high rise, hotels, student accommodation or mixed use projects
  • Strong understanding of project programmes, budgets and documentation
  • Experience coordinating and leading project teams

BENEFITS:

  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Personal development allowance
  • Regular team and social events
  • Attractive parental leave policy
  • A supportive, collaborative studio culture
  • Parking on site
  • 1 X WFH day per week
