What they need
Senior Architect – Hospital Projects
Experience: Minimum 10+ Years
Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch
Location: Kochi
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural team.
- Handle architectural design, drawings, detailing, and documentation.
- Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and present design proposals.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, Medical Gas, Biomedical, and other consultants.
- Review drawings and ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Guide and mentor junior architects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of architectural experience.
- Experience in hospital/healthcare projects is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and relevant architectural software.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Architecture: 10 years (Preferred)
