About The Role

Join a top 10, 100% employee-owned engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm as a Senior Architect, leading design efforts for complex manufacturing and aerospace projects. This full-time, onsite position in Orlando, FL offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-visibility projects from concept through construction. You will apply strong architectural and technical knowledge, lead multidisciplinary design teams, and work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver successful projects. As a Senior Architect, you will also mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the firm's architectural practice.

What You'll Do

• Lead architectural design and project teams through all phases of design and construction, ensuring project objectives and client expectations are met
• Develop, modify, and review architectural drawings and technical documents for complex manufacturing and aerospace facilities
• Apply knowledge of architectural codes, standards, and practices to develop practical, technically sound design solutions
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project execution
• Conduct quality reviews of production drawings and oversee construction administration for design compliance and constructability
• Support field inspections, site coordination, and resolution of design and construction issues
• Prepare and present technical information to clients and project stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships
• Mentor and guide junior architects and contribute to quality assurance and quality control efforts
• Support business development initiatives and key project pursuits
• Work on projects that may require access to secure facilities and government environments

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 8–12 years of professional architectural experience
• Registered Architect (RA) required
• Professional experience in manufacturing OR aerospace
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance; an active clearance is not required
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, building codes, technical detailing, and construction documentation
• Experience leading architectural or multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative project environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for project and client requirements
