FORM Careers is recruiting for an experienced Senior Architect / Registered Architect to join an internationally recognised architecture practice in Singapore, working across a portfolio of major local developments.

The immediate requirement is for an architect to join a significant Singapore project as it moves through the tender and construction phases. This is a delivery-focused role requiring someone with strong local technical experience, excellent knowledge of Singapore authority requirements and the confidence to coordinate complex projects through the later stages of delivery.

The studio’s current Singapore portfolio includes a 9-hectare mixed-use commercial complex on a prominent site, a new luxury residential development, and a large-scale residential-led development comprising multiple buildings.

Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years’ total professional experience and a strong track record working on projects in Singapore. BOA registration and QP experience are preferred, although candidates who can demonstrate substantial local authority, statutory and technical experience will also be considered.

Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, authority submissions and compliance processes is essential. You should be comfortable attending coordination meetings, working directly with clients and consultants, resolving technical issues and confidently challenging or coordinating with QPs where required.

Experience across mixed-use, multi-unit residential and commercial developments is particularly relevant.

Revit experience is preferred, although proven Singapore QP, authority and technical experience will take priority over software capability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 7 years’ total architectural experience.
• Strong experience working on and delivering Singapore projects.
• BOA Registered Architect / QP preferred, although candidates with proven local authority experience will also be considered.
• Excellent knowledge of Singapore codes, authority submissions, statutory requirements and compliance processes.
• Experience across mixed-use, multi-unit residential and commercial developments.
• Strong tender and construction-stage experience.
• Confidence working directly with clients, consultants, QPs and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong technical coordination and problem-solving capability.
• Revit experience preferred, although local QP and technical experience will take priority.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to take ownership of complex project and technical issues.
