Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and oversee construction projects for residential and commercial developments. The candidate will be responsible for translating project requirements into innovative and practical design solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings for real estate projects
• Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, and MEP teams
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
• Develop concepts, 3D views, and presentation drawings
• Review and approve contractor drawings and site execution work
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and material selection
• Liaise with government authorities for approvals and permits
• Ensure timely delivery of design milestones
• Maintain project documentation and reports

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
• Understanding of local building regulations (Pune/India norms)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)/ Masters in Architecture

Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in real estate or construction industry
• Registered with Council of Architecture (COA) preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
