It starts as a sketch in Thessaloniki or Athens. It becomes drawings, then a construction site, then a space that opens its doors in Miami, London, Dubai or on a Greek island. That’s where the most interesting part begins. The space comes to life, and we keep improving it. Often it becomes the starting point for the next project.

We are the architecture studio inside ERGON, designing its restaurants, delis, bakeries, food halls and hotels.

One month you’re detailing a bakery counter in Athens. The next you’re on site at a food hall in London, or walking a beach resort on a Greek island. Few studios get this range: food halls, restaurants, boutique hotels and resorts, plus the products, events and publications around them. These are all lifestyle projects, all carrying one design language.

Few architects get to see a project all the way through. Here you do. From a new build to the last styling detail on opening day, the work stays in one studio. You’ll shape it together with chefs and operations, product and graphic designers, and the artists and makers we work with, so that space, object and identity tell one story.

And you’ll do it alongside the people who run our kitchens, hotels and markets, one of the most dynamic hospitality teams in Greece. They know how a space works at 8 in the morning and at midnight, and that knowledge shapes every drawing.

What you’ll own

→ The design, from brief to concept to full construction drawings.

→ The process: timeline, deliverables and review points.

→ The conversation with kitchen and operations teams, consultants, engineers, contractors and suppliers.

→ The details that make it ERGON: materials, custom FF&E, lighting, and the small decisions that make a space feel Mediterranean without being a cliché.

→ The site, in Greece and abroad. You’ll solve problems on the spot and protect the design intent.

→ Life after opening. You’ll watch how the space works in daily use and bring what you learn to the next project.

You’re probably a fit if you

→ Have 8+ years of experience, ideally in hospitality, F&B or retail interiors

→ Have led at least one project from concept to completion

→ Are fluent in AutoCAD and a 3D tool, and present ideas convincingly

→ Have a strong eye for materials, craft and detail

→ Work comfortably in English

→ Are happy to travel
