Senior Architect

The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare design drawings, and produce technical documentation across project stages from schematic design to construction. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, reviewing design requirements, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, and participating in site visits and design reviews. The role also involves collaborating on project schedules, monitoring design progress, and supporting integration with related engineering, interior, and digital design disciplines. The Architect is expected to contribute creative ideas, maintain high standards of accuracy, and support continuous improvement in design processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into clear design solutions.
• Minimum7–10 years of proven working experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Fluent and professional in both written and spoken English (ability to communicate with international clients, vendors, or handle foreign projects is a distinct advantage).
• Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordinating tasks, and tracking progress across project phases.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and basic understanding of BIM practices.
• Knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles relevant to projects in Indonesia.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction structures, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) principles, and local building permit regulations (PBG/IMB) in Indonesia.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain attention to detail in both design and documentation.
