Job Summary
The Senior Project Management Architect is responsible for overseeing the planning, design development, coordination, and implementation of architectural and construction projects from conceptualization through project completion. The role ensures that projects are delivered in accordance with approved plans, design standards, project specifications, budgets, quality requirements, and established timelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Preferably registered Licensed Architect.
- At least with 5 years of related experience.
- Proven experience handling residential, commercial, mixed-use, or other real estate development projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, specifications, and project implementation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Microsoft Project, or other relevant project management and design software.
Work Location: In person
