Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Architect to support our architecture operating model engagement, focusing on shaping the practical workings of the architecture function across Group and Business Units (BUs). This role is integral in defining architecture roles and capabilities, organisation design, governance, processes, tooling, interactions, and accountabilities, while also advancing a priority architecture backlog.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and senior stakeholders to shape and enhance the architecture operating model.
• Design and implement governance structures, roles, processes, and tools for effective architecture management.
• Independently structure and solve complex problems to deliver client-ready outputs.
• Drive priority architecture backlog initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Desirable Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs and presentations.

Skillset and Experience:

• Extensive experience in architecture, ideally within or shaping an architecture function.
• In-depth understanding of architecture governance, roles, processes, and artefacts.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and architects.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or certification in architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Immediate availability to start.
