Senior Architect

An established residential developer-builder is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its growing architectural team.

With a strong pipeline of residential projects across Sydney, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects, lead design teams and contribute to the delivery of high-quality residential developments.

The Role Reporting to the Head of Architecture, you’ll oversee a portfolio of residential projects from concept through to detailed documentation, working closely with architects and architectural designers to ensure quality outcomes.

• Leading residential projects from concept design through to documentation.
• Managing project timelines, deliverables and design quality.
• Mentoring and supporting architects and architectural designers.
• Coordinating with internal development and construction teams.
• Ensuring documentation meets relevant standards and compliance requirements.
• Contributing to the delivery of townhouse and medium-density residential projects.

About You

• Qualified Architect with strong experience in the Australian residential sector.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead or mentor a team.
• Proficient in Revit, with strong technical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Townhouse or medium-density residential experience highly regarded.
• Mandarin language skills advantageous.
