Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect specializing in luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural concept development, planning, design coordination, detailed drawings, 3D visualization, and site execution support.

The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design skills, excellent software proficiency, and the ability to develop elegant, functional, and nature-integrated designs that meet luxury living standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and designs for luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residential projects.
• Prepare architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop space planning, façade designs, and layouts that maximize functionality, aesthetics, natural lighting, and ventilation.
• Create 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and walkthrough presentations for architectural proposals.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, landscape designers, and project execution teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution aligns with approved architectural drawings and specifications.
• Review drawings and resolve design-related technical issues during construction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, local approval requirements, and project specifications.
• Select suitable building materials, finishes, and architectural elements in coordination with the project team.
• Incorporate client and management feedback into design revisions.
• Supervise and guide junior architects and coordinate architectural deliverables.
• Ensure design quality, project timelines, and construction standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution.
• Relevant professional experience in architectural design, preferably in luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural planning, building design, construction detailing, and material selection.
• Experience in coordinating architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
• Ability to manage projects from concept development through design coordination and site execution.

Mandatory Software Skills

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in architectural design and visualization software, including:

• AutoCAD – Architectural plans and detailed working drawings.
• SketchUp – 3D modelling and architectural design development.
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer – Photorealistic architectural rendering.
• Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render – 3D visualization, real-time rendering, and walkthroughs.

Note: Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and at least one professional rendering or visualization workflow from the listed software.
