Senior Architect – Defence & Infrastructure

This highly regarded design studio is known for delivering innovative, large-scale defence and infrastructure projects. They are seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Project Lead to manage complex projects from concept through completion, driving excellence across all phases. The role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects within a supportive and flexible studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from concept to delivery
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across large-scale projects
• Ensure high-quality design and documentation standards
• Manage client engagement and project stakeholders
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in complex large-scale projects
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience
• Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively
• Coordinate consultants and liaise with contractors
• Experience in master planning and all project phases
• Solid documentation experience
• Advanced Revit proficiency
• Australian citizenship required
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
