The Role

• Lead the delivery of high-quality multi-residential projects
• Manage projects through all design and delivery phases
• Coordinate clients, consultants and internal project teams
• Mentor and lead architects and graduates
• Drive project outcomes, quality and programme management
• Act as a key link between the Directors and project teams
• Contribute to studio growth and leadership initiatives

About You

• Registered Architect
• 10+ years' experience within Australian architectural practices
• Strong experience delivering multi-residential projects
• Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion
• Excellent client and consultant management skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in Revit and project delivery processes
• Passion for quality architecture and team development
