Senior Architect Residential & Commercial Developments

Role & responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through completion.
• Develop, review and coordinate working drawings, GFC drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with DCPR/UDCPR, building regulations, codes and applicable standards.
• Manage project timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
• Review design changes, materials and technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members.
• Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Support client meetings, proposals and business development initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch., M.Arch will be an added advantage.
• 5 - 10 years of relevant architectural design and project management experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of SketchUp/BIM tools preferred.
• Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of DCPR/UDCPR, building bye-laws and construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
