Senior Architectural Assistant

A Senior Architectural Assistant is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design, client satisfaction, and efficient project delivery. This role combines independent design expertise, team leadership, and comprehensive project management.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Independently lead architectural design and develop creative, functional solutions for projects.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, stakeholders, and authorities.

Oversee design development, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Lead tender processes, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.

Manage authority submissions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Coordinate with consultants (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical engineers) to integrate multidisciplinary inputs.

Supervise construction phases, ensuring quality control, adherence to design intent, and timely delivery.

Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other design/presentation tools.
