Senior Architectural Coordinator / Supervisor

• Monitor & control daily activities, quality of work and material arrangement including but not limited to inspection, and issuance of NCR
• Establish monitoring check list for progress and submission relates
• Able to organize and chair meeting independently/assist Project Manager on related fields
• Compile and update construction drawing including issuance drawing to sub-contractors
• In charge of delegated tasks including lead supervisors, to coordinate with relevant stakeholders such as clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, authorities etc
• Prepare and update from time-to-time relevant submission checklist, progress monitoring checklist and establish micro programme etc. Liaise with stakeholders on drawing specifications and technical matters.
• Ensure the construction is according to the construction drawings, approved shop drawings, specifications and materials all in accordance with the contract.
• Attend site inspections, technical meetings and project coordination meetings as required.
• Maintain proper records for all submission relate, for tracking purposes.
• Ensure defects are rectified and follow up on maintenance-related matters when required.
• Support project handover, inspections and defect rectification.
• Participate & assist in site safety matters
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Technology or a related field
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant working experience in architectural coordination, construction or property development.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods and building specifications.
• Familiarity with local authority submissions and building regulations in Malaysia.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or BIM is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
