Senior Architectural Designer 建筑设计主管

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Assist in conceptual design, space planning, and architectural development for mixed-development, residential, commercial, and retail projects.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, layout plans, presentation materials, and technical submissions.
• Ensure designs comply with local authority requirements, BOMBA regulations, UBBL, and relevant building codes.
• Support design optimization to improve functionality, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in design reviews and provide practical solutions for project implementation.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, M&E teams, interior designers, and project stakeholders throughout project development.
• Attend design meetings, site meetings, and technical coordination discussions.
• Follow up on authority submissions, approvals, and project documentation.
• Monitor site progress to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and design intent.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain and update project drawings, design records, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with company SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing reports, project updates, and presentation materials for management review.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Preferably 5 years or more of relevant experience in property development, mixed-development, retail mall, or high-rise projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other related design software.
• Familiar with local authority submission processes, UBBL, and BOMBA requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
