Senior Architectural Executive

About the role

Lead and manage architectural projects from design through construction completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee design quality, technical coordination and compliance with project requirements and Thai building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural project from design to construction completion.
• Manage and guide the architectural team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams throughout the project.
• Liaise with government authorities for submissions, approvals and related requirements.
• Review architectural drawings, working drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, material submissions and other project documents.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E and other disciplines.
• Attend client, consultant, contractor and site meetings as required.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve design and technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works follow approved drawings, design intent and regulations.
• Ensure projects comply with Thai building codes and authority requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture
• Registered with the Architect Council of Thailand; A Senior Architect License is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural experience in an architectural or design consultancy firm.
• Strong experience in leading projects from design through construction completion.
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings submission and construction practices.
• Good knowledge of Thai building regulations and government authority submission processes and AOR6 submission.
• Proficient in Revit and able to use it for project documentation and coordination.
• Good leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, consultants and international teams.
