Senior Architectural Staff

GFP Architects is looking for a motivated, creative, and organized individual to join our growing team!

Licensed Architect with minimum of 6 years professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinates and monitors the Junior Staff assigned to a project.
2. Monitors the documentation schedule and quality of drawings.
3. Travels regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.
4. Prepares documents such as: schedule of doors / hardwares, windows and similar documents.
5. Writes and presents reports.
6. Plays a part in project and team management
7. Reviews architectural and engineering plans, shop drawings and technical submittals.
8. Works closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, etc.
9. Chooses the materials to be used and specifies the requirements for the project
10. Works around constraining factors such as code requirements, environmental impact and project budget.
