The Roles:

Site Observation / Construction Administration Architect

Working closely with the delivery team to oversee construction quality and contract administration through to completion.

Project Lead Architect

Taking ownership of project delivery from design through to construction, working alongside a highly experienced, collaborative studio team.

Senior Technician

A hands-on technical role for someone who thrives on detail, documentation, and getting things right.

What our client is looking for:

Strong technical ability - Revit/BIM experience essential
A background in architecture or technical design (industrial sector experience welcomed)
No prior specialist project experience required, full training and mentorship provided by an experienced in-house team
A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in growing your skillset
