Senior Architecture Site Engineer

Job Title: Architecture Site Engineer (Finishing) Talent 360 is hiring a Site Engineer (Finishing) to join our team.

This is a full-time job opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about high-quality finishing and seamless on-site execution.

About The Role Talent 360 is looking for a talented and experienced Site Engineer (Finishing) to supervise and manage finishing works on-site, ensuring that every detail is executed according to design standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site finishing works, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceilings, joinery, and other finishing activities
• Ensure all finishing works meet our quality and aesthetic standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site snags efficiently
• Monitor daily and weekly project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
• Support project planning and ensure finishing activities remain within the agreed timeline and budget
• Ensure proper availability, storage, and inventory of finishing materials
• Ensure the site is safe, organized, and compliant with relevant safety requirements
• Review and interpret architectural and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution
• Coordinate with different site teams to ensure proper sequencing and quality of work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in finishing works, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and construction processes
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for quality and aesthetics
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
• Strong site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced site environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project
