Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres and generate business through patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, finance teams, and patient coordinators.
• Visit hospitals regularly and promote CarePals healthcare financing solutions.
• Identify patients who need financial support and generate leads.
• Explain medical loan and crowdfunding options to patients and their families.
• Support patients with documentation and the application process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely lead conversion.
• Track leads, referrals, conversions, and disbursals.

Requirements

• Graduation
• 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare, Fintech, Insurance, or Financial Services.
• Field Sales Experience mandatory
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Language - English
• Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
