Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI Development Life Cycle (AIDLC).The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions, along with the ability to lead AI initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build LLM-powered applications using models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama, and Gemini.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Develop Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems for complex business workflows.
• Build AI applications and workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Design scalable AI/GenAI and AI Platform architectures.
• Own and contribute to the AI Development Life Cycle (AIDLC) from use-case identification and solution design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Implement LLMOps/MLOps practices including model evaluation, monitoring, versioning, CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization.
• Develop effective prompt engineering strategies and improve LLM response quality, accuracy, and reliability.
• Work with AI Governance and Responsible AI practices covering security, privacy, compliance, and responsible use of AI.
• Collaborate with business, product, data, engineering, and architecture teams to identify and implement AI use cases.
• Lead AI initiatives and mentor engineers on GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI engineering practices.
• Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, AI Engineering, Applied AI, Data Science, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or equivalent LLM platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems.
• Strong experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vectorization, Semantic Search, and LLM Evaluation.
• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps and production AI deployments.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and preferably Azure AI Foundry.
• Understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Security, and AI Platform Architecture.
• Experience with AI application integration, APIs, cloud services, monitoring, and observability.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure AI, along with experience in AI architecture, production deployments, AIDLC, and leading or mentoring engineering teams, will be preferred.
