Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Tech Lead - GenAI (VectorDB & MySQL) to drive the development of next-generation AI Agent solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Vector Databases, MySQL, Agentic AI Frameworks, Prompt Engineering, REST APIs, and Data Engineering.

You will play a key role in making enterprise data "agent-ready" by designing robust data pipelines, integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol), and ensuring seamless data access for AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.
• Build and deploy AI Agent solutions using Google ADK or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
• Implement and test Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations in enterprise environments.
• Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and data integration layers.
• Work closely with data providers and business stakeholders to ensure data availability and quality.
• Build and manage integrations between AI agents and enterprise platforms.
• Design and utilize Vector Database solutions to support RAG and semantic search applications.
• Perform continuous testing, validation, and optimization of data pipelines and agent workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Mentor developers and contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions.

Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise in designing, building, and deploying scalable backend systems and data pipelines.
• Experience with Vector Databases and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents and MCP integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
