Senior Asset Integrity Engineer (Structural)

MRA International Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Senior Asset Integrity Engineer (Structural) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading asset integrity management activities for oil & gas facilities, including inspection engineering, RBI, FFS, corrosion management, repair assessments and integrity-related engineering works.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise asset integrity management activities, including RBI, FFS and repair/rejuvenation works.
• Conduct engineering assessments, Root Cause Failure Analysis and technical evaluations.
• Develop RBI assessments, corrosion/degradation models and inspection programs.
• Review inspection reports for piping, pressure vessels, choke valves and related equipment.
• Perform Fitness-for-Service assessments based on Company procedures and recognised industry standards.
• Assess equipment operating risks and recommend permanent or temporary repairs for identified anomalies.
• Prepare repair scopes, technical recommendations and inspection plans.
• Review engineering drawings and documents related to fabrication, modification, repair and maintenance works.
• Lead and supervise inspectors, junior engineers and trainee engineers where required.
• Assist the Company Engineer in overall inspection and asset integrity activities.
• Ensure all instructions and requirements from the Company Representative are properly carried out.
• Participate actively in quality, HSE and continuous improvement programmes.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Asset Integrity, Inspection Engineering or related oil & gas activities.
• Must possess a valid API 570 certification.
• Strong knowledge and experience in RBI, FFS, corrosion management and inspection engineering.
• Experience in offshore oil & gas facilities is an advantage.
• Good technical reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Sabahan candidates are preferred.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month

• Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
