What they need
岗位职责：
- 根据客户出货委托书与相关部门（如海外窗口及销售）确认报价
- 在相关物流系统及订舱系统中录入毕业信息及数据为客户货物订舱
- 与各部门协调和解决异常，为客户提供解决方案
- 按照标准流程发送预报
- 与客户或国外确认账单，开立发票，收款
- 整理文件归档
- 主管安排的其他工作内容
岗位要求：
- 大专及以上，国际贸易，物流相关专业
- 1年以上相关工作经验
- 英文读写熟练，英语四级或以上水平优先
- 计算机1级或以上，熟练操作办公软件，如Excel, Word
- 良好的沟通能力，问题解决能力，团队合作精神以及较强的抗压能力
- 能接受周末节假日轮班
