What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and depot operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.
- Handle inward and outward material movement with complete documentation.
- Perform store maintenance and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Update inventory transactions and commercial records in SAP.
- Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, sales, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation related to GRN, invoices, stock transfers, and dispatch records.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA / MCA / M.Com from a recognized institution.
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial, warehouse, or depot operations.
- Experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational activities efficiently.
