岗位职责：
- 按照标准流程在相关船公司及船代系统中查询和跟踪货物信息
- 在相关系统中准确并及时录入必要信息和数据
- 为客户提供及时有效的货物信息
- 提供换单资料给相关船代船公司
- 为客户开具账单
- 根据标准和供应商核对帐单
- 遇到运输异常时，与相关部门及海外同事合作，为客户提供解决方案
岗位要求：
- 学历：大专，物流或者贸易管理专业
- 具备较强的英语表达和会话能力
- 熟练操作办公软件
- 有出口工作经一年年以上优先录用
- 具有客户至上的服务意识和团队合作精神
- 工作仔细负责，有耐心
- 熟练运用各种贸易术语
