Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Staff Management & Scheduling: Recruits, hires, onboard, and trains employees, creates weekly shifts/rosters, manages payroll, and leads team coaching. [1, 2, 3]
• Customer Service & Recovery: Greets guests, ensures a positive dining experience, handles complaints on the spot, and drives customer loyalty. [1, 2, 3]
• Inventory & Procurement: Monitors stock levels, sets par levels, places supplier orders, and works to minimize food waste and control inventory costs. [1, 2, 3]
• Financial & Budget Oversight: Tracks daily and monthly sales, monitors labor and food costs, manages expenses, and reports financial metrics to upper management or owners. [1, 2, 3]
• Health, Safety & Compliance: Enforces food safety regulations, sanitation standards, facility maintenance, and local licensing laws. [1, 2, 3]
• Marketing & Operations Strategy: Plans promotional events, builds local community relationships, and updates operational policies to improve efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
