Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Programmes and Services

About the role

As a Senior Associate within the Programmes and Services team at KELY Support Group, you'll be hands-on in driving socially impactful, engaging youth programmes and workshops. You will connect deeply with young people, champion their voices, and work alongside dedicated schools and community partners. Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging youth programmes and workshops in English and Cantonese, bringing energy, cultural sensitivity, and compassion.
• Foster meaningful relationships with youth participants, providing encouragement inside and beyond programme settings.
• Take ownership in detailed planning, coordination, and administrative support to ensure seamless programme delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes using qualitative and quantitative data to inform improvements and report to management.
• Contribute to programme development and enhancement, including desktop and landscape research, curriculum design, and experiential learning design, focusing on mental health, drug and alcohol awareness, and positive youth development.
• Coordinate and mentor youth volunteers and interns, fostering a motivated, collaborative team culture.
• Outreach to cross sectoral partners and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Participate actively in organisational events and community outreach.
• Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on youth development trends, particularly affecting ethnically diverse communities.
• Bring marketing and data sense in programme planning to enhance programme engagement, visibility, and outcome measurement.

About you

• Degree holder in Social Science, Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Education, Business Administration or related fields, driven by a passion for youth development.
• Excellent spoken and written skills in Chinese (Cantonese, ideally with conversational Mandarin) and English.
• Proven experience working with young people in educational or community settings, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable and energized working within a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial culture, willing to adapt quickly and take initiative.
• Empathetic and culturally sensitive, with a commitment to inclusion.
• Strong knowledge of youth mental health and substance use issues, especially in ethnic minority communities.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's youth development sector and community resources.
• Driven by a social impact mindset—dedicated to creating measurable and sustainable positive change.
