As part of our growth strategy we are seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior client executives and project teams to design and deliver strategy and business transformation initiatives, organizational redesign programs, target operating models, and process optimization engagements across multiple industries.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, helping leading organizations improve performance, enhance operating effectiveness, and drive sustainable value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within complex strategy, operating model, and transformation engagements.
• Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOMs), organizational structures, and business processes.
• Analyze current-state operating models and identify opportunities for organizational and operational improvement.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop recommendations, and prepare executive-level deliverables and presentations.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage and coach junior consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, market research, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions addressing business, operational, and organizational challenges.

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic background (BSc and MSc) in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least four (4) years of professional experience in management consulting, including experience within a Big Four firm or equivalent consulting organization.
• Proven experience in Organizational Design, Target Operating Design or Business Process Improvement/ Process Transformation.
• Experience in at least one of the following functional domains: Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Exposure to clients across one or more of the following industries: Energy & Utilities, Consumer & Retail, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize various work deliverables with focus on quality and attention to detail, and to contribute to team’s work while meeting projects’ deadlines.
• Strong team-player who can easily collaborate within the team and a wide range of different stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
